Privacy
ResenderMail provides transactional email infrastructure. This page describes what we collect and why.
Account data
When you register we store your email address, organization name, and authentication credentials (password hashes, not plaintext passwords). We use this to operate the dashboard and send account messages such as verification and password reset.
API keys and domains
API keys are shown once at creation. We store a hash of the secret, the key’s domain scope, and metadata needed to authorize POST /api/v1/emails. Sending-domain DNS records you publish (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, ownership TXT) are checked to verify you control the domain.
Email content
Messages you submit through the API are processed to deliver them. We do not sell email contents. Delivery events (accepted, bounced, and similar status) are stored so you can look up GET /api/v1/emails/{id}.
Payments
Paid plans are billed through Paystack. Paystack processes card details; ResenderMail stores payment and subscription records needed for entitlements and invoices, not full card numbers.
